These coffee beans are home-grown in cool hilly terrains of Melamchi gaun. These are organically grown in ecologically balanced way- no mono-cropping practiced. The ripe coffee berries are handpicked and are de-pulped generally using the wooden hand pulper. The beans are fully washed and mucilage coat. The green beans are first sun-dried to remove the surface moisture and then in shaded. The fully living dried are then stored in jute bags.
