Nepali cuisine is very diverse than you may know. Every ethnic group in Nepal has their own way of cooking, and some of their delicacies are unknown and regarded inedible to other ethnic groups.
When I started blogging about the Nepali cuisines and recipes, I was unaware that there are many passionate people writing about Nepali food and publishing in public domain. Nepali food blogger Bhawana originally from Nepal and now resides in US regularly posts recipes of Nepali cuisines. Some recipes are often twisted with the ingredients that are not traditionally consumed in Nepal, for example making salmon curry with Nepali spices.
